  • Why no less than 90degrees?? Please, if you have scientif explanations for thqt i´d like to hear from you and, why do people think that it is good for adductors when there´s no adduction movement? It loads the adductors in it´s eccentric phase and gives more load at knees by going wide so...why to do it?
