My family knows a woman who died from using a tampon. She wore too long and she felt tired so she took a nap and never woke up. apperently the tampon created bacteria build up in her body... that gave some type of posion/toxic shock .
to people who wear tampions, don't wear them for too long. it think the max is 8 hrs but to be safe change it every 5-6 hours.
