@leighi123 Hi, my name is Johnny and the adorable toddler in this video is my nephew, that's Eli. I posted this vid because he's my sister's kid and I expected people might think its funny and cute. What I didn't expect were comments from strangers who thought they were more concerned with his well-being than my immediate family and I. Please get a life :) This child is several years older now and very much alive! No thanks to you and your self-righteous concern.

So ruining your carseat was the solution? They make wheeled carts to attach seats to for that purpose.
The top teather is supposed to be strapped to the car (forward facing only for that seat), NOT used as a drag strap.
