I have been doing the 80-10-10 diet, really is helping because it's a low fat diet. I eat lots of fruits, mainly banana's and dragon fruit bc it's my fave and a lot of them, 5-7 at a time, I never had so much energy. Search YouTube for videos of amazing befores and afters.
