  • Whats Special about it, the fact that it's taping like the engine is going to blow, sorry dude, old ass lights and no police unit would still use Bread box deck liughts, you bought them at a yard sale or city sale, get a life and real lights.

  • Thanks for the comment, if you buy me ned LED lights i would be more than happy to use them. LOL! The reason that i have old lights is because the department that i work for supplied them to me and i later purchased them for pennies on the dollar. I wasn't going to take the time to get different ones, because these are hard wired into the car. When the car takes a sh*t and i get an impala issued to me, then i will upgrade.

  • I'm sorry, but I have to tell you that your Lumina is not a 9c1 or 9c3 Police package. First of all, you should have a digital dashboard, double exhaust, metal hubcaps, recaro seats, back venyl seat, etc.

    A.P.S.

  • I thank you for the comment, but i assure you that this vehicle is a 9C3 Lumina. I agree that all police package lumina's came with the items that you listed above. Just because this vehicle is not a traditional lumina police pkg, that doesn't meant that the vehicle didnt have aftermarket items added to it and is also being used as a special service vehicle. Thanks for the comment though.

  • Your car sounds like shit bro

  • you would prolly be better off just throwing the kojak light on the roof rather than trying for the undercover look... I got a pancake light on my dakota and its all i need for now

  • actually, now that i see more of his videos, i agree with you, i have a 98 police package, and my dad had the 95, both with digital display, and not even for the detectives would GM make a red interior police package. nice try.

  • This car is not a real 9c3, its just a plain jane model with some lights added to it. The REAL 9c3 package has a digital dash, different hub caps, 15 inch severe duty steel wheels, bucket seats, and dual exhaust. This is just a plain jane lumina with some light drilled into it. Oh if the 9c3 was the best police package then why did 90% of the departments go for the 9c1. The only time a 9c3 was ever really ordered for a department was for light duty use like a fire department or a chifs car. fail

  • does it make a clicking noise after getting on it a few times? Mine does.

  • Your comment screams "ass hole"

  • hahaha, buy me some.. that gave me a laugh. I have a 93 lumina, blue.. not a 9C3 package but I took the wheel covers off and cleaned up the black steel wheels. Looks sweet with the dark blue paint. I have pretty much the same light setup as you.. Blue/Clear Code 3 Dash Lazer on the dash and Wig Wags. Nice car man.

  • oh so your telling me one of the largest police departments in the nation, the nypd, didn't use the same exact setup until less than one year ago?
