    30-40 წლიწადში მსოფლიო გაზ-ნავთობ მარაგები იწურება, დუბაი კი გაქრება სამუდამოდ, როგორც ინდუსტრიული ზონა, არც რკინიგზაა მანდ და არც არაფერი სხვა, ამ დროს კი შენდება ლაზიკა, მთელი არაბული მილიარდები აქეთ წამოვა! თურქეთთან ვაშენებთ რკინიგზას ევროპისკენ ამას კი ქვია "შანხაი-ლონდონის" მაგისტრალი, როდესაც ავია ნავთი აღარ იარსებებს რკინიგზაზე იქნება კატასტროფული მოთხოვნა! ამ დროს ჰესები უნდა აშენდეს აუცილებლად, რომ ენერგო მიწოდება იყოს უზრუნველყოფილი რაც ავტომატურად მოიტანს გეოპოლიტიკურ სტაბილურობას!
