Christ, Rove. Still repeating that line about the Clinton replacing all the US attorneys. Yes, Clinton did replace H.W. Bushs prosecutors. And In 2001, Bush did the same with Clintons prosecutors. This is a normal thing. The scandal came when Bush replaced eight specific prosecutors, apparently for purely political reasons. That was entirely unprecedented and illegal. Rove knows that. He just wants to keep his troops repeating these mantras over and over. God, I hope that he retires now.
