Runner's World, the leading running magazine, espouse dangerous advice to suffering runners. Everyone who walks runs and sprints (one activity), use the same secret scientific form, naturally, or they couldn't do it at all. We first learned the form as babies by osmosis and developed it with many faults that inhibit performance and cause pain and injuries. Training routines should not be tried before faults are fixed. Runner's World in their April 2011 issue asked research scientists and champions to debate their versions of a perfect form. The article concluded that a perfect form does not exist. See if they are in fear of responding to Nirenstein's First Law of Running? My form is empirical and repeatable. Please comment. Do yourself and the world a big favor by sending them my video to comment on. It will help people in their most often used physical activity from baby steps to sports.
