Are you sure this is the Amnesia NYE 92-93 night - I don't think it is. I had the original tapes of the night (Ratty, JJF, Fab n Groove - these were the only four of the night you could get) and there was no mc on the tapes.
Plus this set is totally different too. I lost the orig Ratty tape so bought the cd about 5 years ago, and this is nothing like it.
Amnesia NYE 92-93 was the night with the Benson & Hedges style flyer. Fab n Groove bought the new year in.

@farnesbarnes - I do not know for sure, I have just put down what my recording was marked up as. I spent the night there (a brilliant NYE) and due to being wasted I could very well have put down the wrong details or put the cassette in the wrong case. My tapes are nearly 20 years old and the details on the cassette are unreadable.
