Dershowitz was proven to be a fraud and a plagiarist. If he wasn't - why on earth didn't he sue?! Because he would not have had a leg to stand on in court! Finkelstein has commanded a great deal of respect and compassion for his work and efforts in championing the Palestinian cause - Dershowitz is nothing but filth. And a douchebag.

Lies? Isn't that what Dershowitz did? Print lies? If anyone should be sued...it's Dershowitz...not just for slander that negatively affected Finkelstein's career, but for getting untrue trash printed.

Dershowitz is a fraud and a liar. A simpleton. To be persecuted for merely stating facts...it's unfortunate, but it does occur. That's what happened to Finkelstein - he exposed Dershowitz for the ignoramus that he is, and was sandbagged by Dershowitz's political connections.

He is not a fiction author. He is published...in many, many, many areas. Normally...within a good 5 years...professors will be considered for tenure. Obviously, something less obvious caused him to not be given tenure...as there are numerous professors that have been granted tenures that do not even come close to possessing the intellectual ability, teaching ability, or critical acclaim that Finkelstein has accumulated in regard to his literary publications.
