i know its a bit late to reply but here it goes
the ps3 can make better graphics than xbox 360 but u only see this in exclusives ps3 games (gow 3, uncharted 2) but for games that are avalaible for both consoles 360 version has better graphics (not allways but normally) because its easier to do a game in the xbox 360 and then pass it to the ps3 so thats what developers do and when you pass a game from the 360 to the ps3 the ps3 version looks a bit worse
