should really have a helmet on, but who am i to judge that thing is pretty sweet tho!

thanks but it only does 3 km/h and as i said in previous statements, she can run faster than this thing can go, and i don't make her wear a helmet whenever she decides to run. but thanks all the same

was this an rc before you made it into a quad, or was it a powerwheels? what speed controller are you using?
Duckyistrippin 3 years ago
it was just a ride on. using all the electrics i had in an old helicopter. steering servo is hitec 5955tg.

ok now call me crazy, but helicopters dont have reverse. are you just using a servo to operate the gas pedal/twist throttle? i built a rc powerwheels for my son using hitec 805bb throttle is a remotely activated relay as the speed controller fried trying to turn this big motor.

reverse isn't in the electrics, its in the motor. i just used a receiver which had extra channels to plug in a seperate receiver to operate reverse. every1 has their own way of doing stuff i guess but this works for me.
