30x Clean and Jerks for time - First time doing this workout, i'm using 65lbs... i can clean heavier, but i'm training for a muay thai fight and tapering off heavy weights as i get close to my fight.

  • crossfit sucks eh??? good job though roxy its really gonna step shit up a notch.. it put 20lbs on me in 7 months! and i'm 4'11
