dodgy ? bad taste? the film whisky galore was based on a true story ,no one thinks that is anything else but a comedy. booze was once controlled more than any drug and consumed by the majority of the population despite the dangers. if you find a few crates of booze washed up on the shore what are you gonna do ? tell the customs phone the police or drink it.? brilliant sketch from the fast show team.

Unfortunately this actually happens in Scottish villages (well, maybe not people shooting up in pubs while singing Loch Lomond!) The town I'm from has 3,000 inhabitants and you see junkies off their faces there all the time. Heroin's ruining my country :(
