This is the best I can do trying to sound a little like my idol, Howard Roberts, one of the best jazz guitarists of all time. I first discovered him in about 1964 and he gave me reason to live. I wanted to spend the rest of my life trying to play like him. I'm still not there yet, but the fun is in the journey. I even wanted to go half-bald like him, and I guess in that regard I am closer to his greatness! ha ha.
This is my Samick RL2, which is a poor man's Gibson Howard Roberts Fusion model! I can't afford the real thing, but this is the closest I could find that looks the same, and even has a 25" scale, and the dot markers. Only it has a tune-o-matic instead of the trapeze tailpiece. It's close enough for me since I am not even a pimple on Howard's ass. He is one of my heroes.
Thank you Howard Roberts.
Played from the heart! Howard Roberts was also my inspiration for guitar when I was a teen in the early 60's and he was jazzing up all those pop songs. Well done!....

@notpopebuthope Thank you so much. I am having fun on this guitar. I haven't played it much since I bought it last year. The backing tracks are from those Alfred Publishing Co. Jazz, and Latin, and Fusion Master Tracks. (books with CD's)
