OMG, you're wearing a kilt and playing the bagpipes IN SCOTLAND!!! Your grandpa (source of both the bagpipes and Grandpa Bear) would be so happy to see that. And of course so am I.
-
p.s. The bagpipes were awsome.

Dude, I think this might be my favorite movie of yours so far. :-) Um, I'd love to post a video response, maybe even using ::gasp:: english, but today's thursday, so I'll have to see if there's time. But very well done.

yeah, very amusing video. But, you seem to interchange British with English in one fell swoop. That does not bode well for your American intelligence rant. Still, you guys do that all the time. Your geographical ignorance is legendary...if you mean British , then say so. If you mean English, likewise. You ended up stereotyping yourself. Still, the vid is a hoot and kudos for giving the pipes a go. cheers from the Isle of Lewis, Scotland.

Hi, thanks for commenting. I never did make it out to Leodhas, but maybe I will someday. I just want to assure you, though, that I am not ignorant of British geography, and have spent a painful amount of my time and energy explaining the difference between England and Britain to people who really don't get it. I haven't watched this video in a while, so it's possible I slipped somewhere, but by and large I probably meant British when I said British and likewise for English. Cheers!

I agree with spereli about the witnesses. That is so rude. The scotland the brave idea is awsome. I have been on an irish/european chat room and they said all american women are fat ugly and lazy. I am irish-american, scottish-american, and cherokee so I don't think I fit into that sterotype in fact im obsessed with my heritage(irish, scottish, and cherokee). I don't fit into that category so I would be really offended but I like to say thats the irish coming out in me.

thanks (about the bagpipes)!
That's interesting about the Irish chatroom, since Spereli said in his video response that he's not getting that kind of judgment in Ireland to the same extent as me. I think all the SemesterAbloggers are pretty obsessed with their heritage too, and all of us are certainly non-ugly-Americans.
and that's so cool about the cherokee heritage!
