iFilm : Nx6110 is a great MAC-Book -running Leopard Snow : How To do it !

Ever wanted to build your own MAC?
Well some hardware in laptops will let you do so..such as the
Hp nx6110.

If one has this laptop, and update it with extra Ram , then
you will have a very speedy Laptop cq Macbook..

of course this is just for testing and if you want a MAC you should get one..i have several MAC's so to me this is like an extension of my study called MAC's

This video will teach you how to do it so i really want to know how things went.

Install Method: iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5
Update: 10.5.6. - 10.5.7. - 10.5.8. iDeneb combo uptade
Processor: Intel Celeron M 1.4GHz processor (working)
Memory: 512MB 333MHz DDR2 SDRAM (working)
Hard Drive: 60 GB IDE Drive (working)
Optical Drive: CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo (working)
Audio: AC '97 (working)
Ethernet: Broadcom 440X (working)
Video: Intel GMA 900 (working with QE/CI)
Wireless: Broadcom (working)
USB: (working)
Installed using iDeneb v. 1.3 and the following patches: Audio: AC97Audio, Chipset: ICHx Fixed, Kernel: 9.4.0 StageXNU, Ethernet: AppleBC440X, Wireless: Broadcom, Fixes: ACPI-Fix, Firewire Remove (just cause I never use it), Power Management
After install, leave DVD in, press F8 for boot options, and boot using (changing location of partition as necessary): rd=disk0s1 -v
Boot from DVD, connect to Internet using ethernet, and install ElliottAppleIntelGMA950LegacyEnabler.kext and AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext from: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=141549&st=0&p=10...
Reboot, remove DVD, enjoy

Mine has all the same hardware, but it has the Centrino kit, so it has an Intel/Pro wireless kit. what do you think i should use for that, and if there is nothing for it, I do have broadcom wifi adapter from a 6125, but that is my last choice.

Hi when I boot up the cd for the first time I boot up the cd then press f8 then I type -v in and it does It thing then it says still waiting for root device can u help me plz and I have the same spec as u

@channel48 Thanks for the quick reply, but I ended up having to use the broadcom. Now that I have it all working, I was wondering where you got the combo updates from, I just can't find them anywhere.

I have a toshiba l20 and the disk does work cause I have installed it well on my computer without any errors and it is amd but would like as well as on my laptop
