Śrī Pañca-tattva themselves danced again and again and thus made it easier to drink nectarean love of Godhead. They danced, cried, laughed and chanted like madmen, and in this way they distributed love of Godhead. In distributing love of Godhead, Caitanya Mahāprabhu and His associates did not consider who was a fit candidate and who was not, nor where such distribution should or should not take place. They made no conditions. Wherever they got the opportunity, the members of the Pañca-tattva distributed love of Godhead. -CC Ādi 7.22-23

It's too bad the leaders of the Hare Krishna movement are so anti-gay that they told Boy George he was not welcome in their religion and to stop representing it, which George did.

While many Hare Krishna devotees are not anti-gay, it is sad the leaders of this movement are. So much for divine love and guidance. If the Divine created everything, then how can you be anti-gay? Just another reason I am Secular. =)

@Nightbird "Hare Krsna movement" means some are moving towards Hare Krsna - towards love and affection, while others are moving away from Them. This singing and dancing was done under the direct guidance of His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami, who told us, "All who have been kicked out are welcome here."

@Gitadasi9 Thank you for the clarification. When I made my comment, I was not speaking of this particular movement or who guided it..but was speaking of those Hare Krishna leaders who told Boy George he was not welcome. It is nice to know the true meaning of HK has not been lost.
