most likely the only charge that could be brought upon her is public nuisance or drunk and disorderly. if she is let in, there is nothing they will do about that, but escort her out. Most likely she was taken to a rehab center.

@ourrepurposedlives Yeah I'm not sure. I was talking to the cops when they showed up and they said that this one's tough, because I DID open the door, but didn't invite her in. It's not technically breaking and entering, but if I pressed charges, the consequences for her would be similar.

@nickdanforth assault charges are possible with how she came in and if she hit either of you once inside...just have to decide if it is worth pursuing really. Glad you guys are ok...i am a bit older than you ( mothering age) but i do enjoy your videos.

@ourrepurposedlives Yeah that's definitely a possibility. I'm honestly not sure if I want to go through the hassle of pressing charges at ALL. We'll see how things pan out, but that can end up being quite a process, and since we're all OK, I'm not sure it's worth it.

I have a cam set up on a tripod it is on my poarch it has it;s own tv it is B&W but good enough for use to see and hear what is going on outside. Resolution is not all that great but I can make out squerrels running in the yard across the street. That is good enough for most to have a clue when something is about to go down. Next time you are at a thrift store or yard sale buy a pc cam to run out your door that way you can look at your computer monitor and see who is out there. You can cut the wire and extend the cord long enough to have it so you can just turn on your pc and see and hear if it has a mic what is going on out side. Sorry you had that happen to you that woman is lucky she chose your pad cause many in TX would just shoot her and that would be the end of her. Ron Paul 2012.

@nickdanforth I probably wouldnt either, it can be quite draining. Most likely, she has charges brought on by the police anyway. I would just let it go at that. I hope you can get past it and be able to relax and feel safe in your home again.
