Myths, ghost, ufos, the boogieman, old holy books, monsters in the closet- none of them put fear in me. Driving a car- which is real, solid and can be very really dangerous, especially when you are trusting other very real people driving other very real cars are driving behind you, beside you and sometimes cross your path. HUGE difference. SO the fear I have for very real, very provable and indisputable things is more along the lines of healthy respect for. Because I continue to drive the road.
Yes, a car crash and a steering wheel are very real and scary things. God and Jesus are very phony things. Hence, they do not scare me. At all. Save your fear mongering for the less intelligent of the species.
For some reason, stories about virgin-mothered deities or prophets with twelve followers and miraculous powers and so on and so on had been popular in the middle east and neighbouring areas for ages and ages, and before "Jesus" those mythical heroes had been given 24 or 25 different other names. Hehe, but the 26th time the story/fairy-tale was told, it was suddently a TRUE story?? Hehe, yeah right..fat chance, eh? As if a fairy-tale grows true if you repeat it enough times? Sorry, but it doesn't
There would have been hundreds of contemporaries describing stuff about "Jesus" if he had been real, but the christians only have a fake entry in J. Flavius that bishop Eusebius made some time around the meeting in Nicea, and they have Tacitus who states that there are christians in Rome, just like there were members of lots and lots of other religions too. Tacitus never claims that "Jesus" was there, so as "evidence" it has zero value. Fact is that "Jesus" was a new name for a classic myth-hero
The reason there are so many versions of "what Jesus Said", is that "Jesus" is pure fiction, and all his authors, his inventors, had different opinions and agendas of course. As I said, he never lived for real, and if all the stories about him were real, he would have had to live for hundreds of years because there are so many stories set at different locations. We didn't have cars or planes back then, so traveling was very, very slow. And had he been real, hundreds of contemporaries would say so

Ray Comfort cannot tell the difference between "evidence" and his own profound ignorance.
