@Warrens79toyota The worse is when people buy the 1500 / f150 trucks and never use them for any kind of work, then they cover the cargo box with a shiny cover and only use it a a trunk. Than they drive like morons and burn a shit load of fuel. And when they finally do tow for the first and last time he doesn't know jack about towing and you know he is at least going to be using every fucking lane.

@yellowcow13 I know it could be as simple is that. Transplant the base powertrain from the F-150 as the Ranger's top choice setup and I am sure Ford's buyers would come. The reason i wouldn't buy a brand new one is the old 4.0 is terrible on gas and the 2.3 is a little underpowered =(

@zeal117 Im going to miss the old Ranger. How hard could a little frame stiffining and maby poping in the new 302 hp 3.7 v6 be for Ford. A little interior refresh and a new front end too.

Good to someone is having fun in a new Ranger because we in the North American market will get any new Rangers after 2011. It would be nice if everybody who loves the Ranger and off-roading would complain to Ford for not bringing the new Ranger to North America. I'm sure going to miss them.

@omg122448 I know exactly my mom bought a 4runner and never yoused it for work untill one project now she uses it all the time she has even literly killed it by burning out the transmission pulling like 500 to a 1000 lbs over whats she s able to handle and we stacked about 1,500 lbs just inthe trunc with the seats folded down,driving down the high way more than 4 times so kids out there if you ever get a truck or suv use it to kill it and use it as a work horse.Don't treat it gentle KILL IT!!!
