I was watching the "town hall" debate the other night and noticed John McCain said "my friends" quite a bit. Well my brother was also recording the debate so he could watch it later so I decided to go through it and count the number of times Senator McCain used the phrase. I omitted instances where the word "friend" wasn't used to refer to a specific individual or group of individuals (or the entire viewing audience) and this is what I came up with. If I missed any (I was playing Civ IV at the time) please let me know. All quotes appear in chronological order and most with a few words to help show there are no repeats like in some other videos I've seen of this type. This is my first shot at throwing something together for Youtube so naturally I don't know when to shut up. There were other moments I found entertaining in the debate that I cut out to stay on topic but I couldn't resist a couple snippets. Anyhow, thanks for watching. GL

This reminds me of the Nixon-Kennedy debate, where Nixon (McCain) was all sweaty and nervous (or annoying as shit) and Kennedy (Obama) was calm and collected (or sitting in a badass pose with a witty smirk on his face).
