Lysenko Hall; Ha! Probably a lot of people would like it to have been Lysenko who had his head removed. I think this was the guy who set Russian agriculture back several decades with his idiotic ideas on genetics. Unfortunately, he was a protegee of Stalin and his word was law as far as agrigultural techniques were concerned. Just listen to the music and pretend it is that idiot who is being Guilotined. Then play it again and imagine it's Stalin!

"Lysenko Hall" it can't be... Who would want a hall named after that Soviet Scientist???
-
@patternsunseen1 I believe it is more of an axe or guillotine death. Correct, other than that.

a man is dreaming thinking he is on his way to the gallows, and he is reliving parts of his life, at the end he wakes up to notice he really is at the gallows and in a brief moment he remembers his lover before actually being hung. If I remember from band class of 5 years ago...I may be wrong....

@MusicGurl36609 wat is it i'd like to kno ;D

The beginning is a tad fast, but he slows it down pretty early on. I think its pretty spot on for the parts that matter.

The coughing member of the audience adds to the gallows part of the atmosphere. Sounds like a female cough. Get thee to bed!

i personally prefer this tempo. There are a lot of slower and even faster versions of this floating around. This is a good middle ground.

Nice performance, but why is this so slow?

a little too loud at the beginning takes away from the rest a bit
