  • Old glacier snow covered in an inch or two of pow. But fast with plenty good edging!

  • Hiking up was tough! I had to stop a few times because of the tingling in my toes. A definite sign of hypoxia. Slight blackness at the edges of my peripheral sight, too. I would just stop for a few seconds, catch my breath, and continue. If you are a smoker, be careful of altitude sickness. After all, you are going from sea level to almost 14 thousand with no acclimatization.

  • Yes, it is harder to breathe i have been up there a couple of times... you can get headaches...and some sickness, if not in the right clothing.. so watch out.

  • what was the snow like? it sounds icy =/
