to be honest. This thing works.However im not going to claim that 30 seconds could be equal to 2 minutes of brushing but im telling you. The bristles gets into places you never thought. It cleans really well. it might take me more than a minute of brushing using this product but my teeth cleans exceptionally well after using this product. another trick is that you you need to purchase rechargeable batteries for these because it eats so much battery that you would end up replacing it every time
