NAACP fund raiser banquet a USDA offical, Shirley Sherrod resigns after making racial statements about a loan to a white farmer to save his property....Since he was white she was not compeled to help him...
She thought that because the farmer was white the he would be taken care off by his own and was shocked to find that wasn't the case. It was then she realized that wealth was the true divide and not race. White people should take this as a warning, don't think for one second that your lack of pigmentation will protect you from the ruling classes
Problem wasn't in what Shirley Sherrod did years ago. Instead, it was wrong in her recent NAACP speech to say farmer was racist (no evidence), followed by "I know [present tense] what he was doing." It was wrong to refer to "his kind," meaning whites. Finally, we don't pay gov employees to divide, so it was wrong to make it "about white and black." Helpful advice to NAACP is nice, but how often did she provide similar to white groups? Her recent comments and actions rose to the level of racism.
does this monky feel shame after his lies been exposed no. the next day he comes with same facre not abet of gelt or shame. some times i feel they are not humans in fox news they are robots programed to destroy america
The formula for these right wing nuts its clear....as both Shirley Sherrod and ACORN lost their roles....use every lie, people they appeal to have a short memory and attention span...so as long as they pepper them with lies and anger and keep moving on to the next story then you will always have them on the hook. For bloody sake...just on Youtube alone for lie clips from Fox News, it is almost endless...So how are people exactly consuming this?
Watch the whole thing instead of listening to this news clip. You miss the whole context it was taken out of. Seriously, I initially thought Sherrod was terrible but I watched the whole thing and it changed my mind. Don't take the media at their word. Watch the whole thing.
I'm a black woman and I don't agree with ANYONE using their position to retaliate. 2 wrongs don't make a right...let GOD handle payback when he is ready.
I saw part of this video and thought she might be raciest then i saw the whole video and removed all doubt, watch (Shirley Sherrod: the FULL video) before making up you're mind.
@olbigdik eh, not so much, a lot of things have been said lately and it doesn't get any attention but that's not the point. The point is she said nothing remotely racist, did you watch the entire video? Because she talked about her experiences and what she learned from them to which the conclusion shows shes not racist, she admits in the video of having prior prejudices (prejudice isn't racist) and then she talks about how she overcame that. you'd know that if you watched the video.
@ERAUPRCWA A white man would have been crucified for these statements, and you know it. I am not racist, it is how it is. If you make remarks unbecoming in politics, you are done, white, black, green, or purple it doesn't matter. Up her nose with a rubber hose (Vincent Barbarino, Sweathog)
@olbigdik what if it was a white man? I don't get the point you're making, if it were a white man he would've worked just as hard as a black woman. How was she handed her job? please explain because making broad statements don't make what you say true.
