I just wanna say Jewel since seeing this vid and really meditating on it my life will never be the same. I really mean it! I first considered what obstacles I would have to deal with, who would try and ruin it for me and negative thoughts as such. THEN IT FINALLY OCCURED TO ME I CONTROL ME, MY THOUGHTS AND MY ACTIONS NOT ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE. IF SOMEONE GETS MY UPSET OR HURTS ME, THEY ARE IN CONTROL OF ME AT THAT MOMENT.
