Working hard doesn't give you permission to be a tyrant. Hitler also worked hard to get where he did, so what? What a fatuous justification of abuse.

He should respect the human rights of a girl who is laughing in court because human rights is more important than the court's ceremonial idea of "respect".

You have listed all your justifications and they all revolve around the idea of disrespect, I want jails to be reserved for real criminals, not for 17 year old girls who "disrespect" a judge.

Does this girl have to be executed before you acknowledge the dictatorship? There are people in Syrian jails for "disrespecting" the president, and there are people in our jails for "disrespecting" the judge, what's the difference?

Just consider what got these two in the room together.

Him : Years of law school fallowed by years of being a lawyer and applying himself to become a judge.

Her : She broke the law.

So why does he have to show a girl who's laughing in court respect?
