@moilwalk It is considered an insult in many cultures --- and Ibrahim is a Muslim, to show the bottoms of one's feet. I did not intent to insult or distract him. I was enthralled, and then, seemingly out the blue, I get chastised. I just didn't know any better.

Abdullah Ibrahim yelled at me during a solo concert. I unknowingly offended him --- he saw the bottoms of my shoes and let me have it. I meant no offense, but I guess there's no excuse for ignorance, as they say. He was fantastic. I'd like the chance to see him perform again ---- feet planted.

Heard them play this live a month ago, and I just can't get it out of my head. It's absolutely beautiful. We were sat right above George Grey, watching him play the drums immaculately. :)
