@SolarisParadox This game isnt canceled, but just because of Sega licensing the Retro Engine, the website went down, and Retro Sonic Nexus XG is being put away for now. Hopefully it actually get canceled, but thats incredibly unlikely now :/

the intro is a little extra but i said it b4 and i'll say it again. the Fans shit on sega/sonic team when it comes to good quality 2d gameplay. this is perfect. for some reason sega doesnt realize that all they need is to use the original engine and they can create a worthy 2d style sonic game like this one and other "fan mades" i've found on youtube over the years.

@DDRUTOU It is not emulated. The game is made from scratch on PC. Not sure that the mp3 music was released, but you could download the game and use a sound recorder. To download the demo, Google "sonic nexus" and the first result has a download link..
