I know Pep was playing it on Italian Durium, in late '73, 'cos I remember asking the label. I never knew of the American UA issue 'till it started appeared on Soul Bowl lists in the mid-70s. I personally didn't know of a UK LP 'till very recently, but that's not saying much.
@drwhatson I did not know that either,this was taken from a compilation called Backdrop,I know it was released as a single on Italian Durium,and United Artists,in the sixties,and I think Spanish Durium aswell,what was the track you heard? would like to check it out,cheers,Kev.

I just heard quite a nice stomping album track by him too. I never knew he had an album release, on UK Durium.
