@fuzzfire There are no 1000rpm caviar green they only come in 5400rpm models. The whole point of the caviar green is to use less power and be eco-friendly hence the name. You must be thinking of the velociraptor drives also made by western digital.

On Acer Desktops ys got to remove the front panel to remove or install ROM drives...It's a bitch because Acer hot glues the panel to the case! Acer, good cases but shitty motherboards and power supplies! Hard drives in most cases are Hitachi so I can't complain all that much!
