97' rolla vs 92' hatch. This vid was for fun.....no negative comments, yes i got burned from the dig lol but the 2nd run was closer. In case you dont notice the text, right off the back he's got 20 more horses than me plus wires and he's lighter. Few more mods gonna be done to the Rolla. Enjoy the vid

  • get the 7afe tranny with the 4afe motor thats what i got... first gear 40mph no prob.. civics v tec cant touch it!

  • @falin289 yea if ever the tranny goes out on me, i'll consider that or the 4age tranny, my gears are pretty long as they are now but yea at the time the rolla was slooowww in this vid.

  • SHOULD HAVE CUSTOMED THE COROLLA... THAT WOULD LOOK LIKE A GOOD RACER AS THE CIVIC IS CUSTOMED TOO.

  • @MilkChocoMarshmallow yea that vid is old and when the car was slower...im gonna post a montage of the rolla from when i got it til now, it looks good now

  • make another video of you and the eg racing wen your done puting the upgrades

  • @RubenRotary If he's down I'll do it again...added wires and a stage 1 clutch so it would be a closer run.

  • obviously

  • hey e30bimmerkid ditch your 4afe trans and install an mr2 short gear ratio trans.. i have one in mine so you can check out my vids.. change your 4 and 5th gear from the 4afe trans to the 4age trans..so you will have good acceleration with longer 4 and 5 gears for highway travel..you will notice a difference \and you would take that civic or be damn near neck and neck with him..cheers!

  • @E30bimmerkid325 - The best thing you can do is build your own. It is very simple. I built mine and it works perfectly (looks great too). I'm a Moderator on ToyotaNation and one of the guys on there made a tutorial based on my instructions, so I'll send you the link in a private message as YouTube won't allow me to post it here. All you need is a couple of alloy pipes, some joiners and a pod filter. No need to worry about hydrolocking unless you literally fully submerge the filter in water.
