Man, every stray dog in India should be killed because they leave their droppings all over the place. And they might contain rabies like this one. This might sound cruel, but it might save a lot of lives as well.

it could be rabies, could be something else. rabies are very common around the world. a person dies from rabies every 10 minutes. the only way to diagnose is by sending the head in for examination. was that done for this dog?

Is anyone here a vet? I don't few people on the youtube community have the expertise to diagnose rabies from a video clip. This dog looks ill, but shows symptoms of a lot of things.
