[Tomo Kagiko] Groovy Dancing Girl+model DL

So the model is finally ready for download, plus she has a pair of new pigtails, but I did have to have help with adding the pigtails because of physics, so thanks again Janified. ALso these are not Nanami's teto pigtails, I am postive this time. LOL. Just remeber if you download her and use please credit me and do not edit this without asking first, I'll mad if you break any of these two rules, so just don't make me mad. ^-^
Also the room in the background is a color edit of neru's room, I changed the colores so it fit Tomo's taste.
