Pete Haycock's True Blues playing a collection of Blues style from America. Going to Kansas City, by Wilbert Harrison, Pete Haycock's own Going to New York, and Sweet Home Chicago, by Robert Johnson. This unique blend finishes with the talents of Matthias Ladewig.

  • Good, traditional blues performed by professionals. Cool and beautiful at the same time.

  • We here in the U.S. are waiting with baited breath for these guys (Pete Haycock's True Blues) to make their way over to "our side of the pond"! If the rumors are true, that might be happening soon, and this medley of songs ("Kansas City", "Going to New York" and "Sweet Home Chicago") hints at only a few of the many cities that would welcome them with open arms... Great stuff, and it was cool to hear "Going to New York" again (loved the version on Climax Blues Bands' FM/Live album)! You rock!
