Homemade Toothless Plushie {Read Description}

It be Toothless!

Here's the tutorial and pattern if you want to make one. And for the love of pizza make sure you enlarge it. xD I used Paint and Microsoft Word to.

He sure beats having to pay $60+ for the WalMart one online. Plus he was free! Actually my brother picked up 1 1/2 yards of black fabric for $1.75, black thread for $0.30, and the stuffing for I don't know how much all at a resale shop. I had to go to the fabric store to pick up more thread, (I ended up running out near the end.) but my grandma bought it for me.

I started working on this last week after school, so last Wed. I cut out the peices then. My mom and I made an attempt at the head, but it didn't work out. Then on Wednesday night my mom taught me how to use the sewing machine so I could work on him myself. I've spent Thursday and today-Friday-working my butt off so he would be ready by Monday. =P The head was really difficult. I'm glad he's finally done though.

Oh yeah. I had one of those Build-a-Bear hearts in my big box of Neopets and I put it in him. =D He's been stuffed with love!

I've decided to keep the eyes and not do them with sculpy.

I just got some cheap fabric at a resale shop.

And I'm not quite sure how I sewed the head on the body. xD It was a trick, I'll tell you that.

omg, I want one so bad! because amychoagirl's night fury plushie, is so cute, she actually made one with Katy-A's pattern, but she did'nt make it, the girl did :) I told her, that there are'nt any good reasons why she did'nt make anyone else one, Which makes me sad, because I really want one :) she can't make one, for me she does'nt own the pattern :D
