An irish tune, Ships are sailing - Its starts off slow, but speeds up.

I first heard this song on youtube, learnirish had Tony MacMahon playing it, and it recently got deleted due to copyright laws...

  • @Rind84 2 years later, and still no video of you playing the tune.

  • Okay I'm not going to lie....... In the beginning I was like in time you will become a fast player..... Well you did in a matter of seconds !!! Awesome!

  • Awesome!!!

  • i don't like that music if u have an accordion, you maight play norteño or tejano music (: congratulations :D

  • Way cool!

  • I wish I could play like this brilliant accordionist! I don't know this tune but it is very refreshing!

  • excellent. i've just posted a very bad version on my piano acc. type in 'clubcardpoints'. very well timed by the way

  • YAY i can do this obn d violin sooooo fast!!!!!!!! How about anyone else on any other instrument? btw this was awesome

  • Sounds pretty good! My suggestions, should you choose to take them, are as follows:

    a) Don't use your right pinky at all. Many box players that have taught me in the past have advised against this because it's the weakest finger...and once you relearn your tunes with just three fingers you'll find that it's easier to get up and down the kybd. doing this.

    b) It sounds like you're using a G/C box here. Get yourself a B/C or C#/D instrument if possible - these systems are more versatile.

  • :D great!!!! :) im trying to play this song on my brother's accodion inspired on you :)
