  • That was one hell of a crash. Honestly, Ryan's lucky to be alive and so is Mike.

Hoping that Mike gets well and likewise with Ryan's thumb.

  • That is reminiscent of Roberto Guerrero sending Zampedri into the catchfence back in 1996, I don't believe it.

  • @3338MAN Had a crash like that here in Newfoundland in bad weather. The lady skidded into the median ditch between the lanes of oncoming traffic then went airborn over a car in the oncoming lane. She was upside down as she went over him and they both said they looked at each other as parts of her car, dirt, rocks and grass fell down on his car. He said it was like something out of that movie "The Matrix". No one was seriously hurt as her car landed on it's wheels again. Lucky them!!

  • On the freeway once in L.A., as I was on the way home from work, there was a speeding car trying to elude the Highway Patrol. It hit the embankment next to the right shoulder, just in front of me maybe 50-75 yards. That car flipped up in th air like this, about 15 feet in the air, and I went right under it. I could see the underside as it went over me. My car was ok. My pants were not. I literally messed my pants. It was a horrific close call and the bad guy did die when he landed on his roof.

  • helio got jizzed on

  • I met Ryan once and I asked him about the crash and he said he's lucky to be alive.

  • I knind of feel bad for saying this but that was wicked... It was like out of a movie D: I am a race fan but I cant help it

  • @malcolmyoungi i completly agree. well done.

  • Whats more amazing is, RHR drove a huge portion of the race, with a bad thumb. Being somewhat of a race car driver myself, i know how important the thumb is to holding the steering wheel in the right position going through the turns, and if he can go many laps at indy just fine, he is a man. much respect goes to him.

  • When I first saw the remains of Conway's car first words out of my mouth was "Holy S***!!!" O_O. Both drivers were lucky.

  • that has to be one of if not the biggest crash i've ever seen

  • this is incredible
