Matthew 1:23 "Behold the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, " which is translated, "God with us." John 1:1-2; 14 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  He was in the beginning with God...."And the Word [Jesus] became flesh and dwelt among us, 1 Tim 3:14 "God was mainfested in the flesh" Thank you for your question

Acts 2:38 is still God's plan of salvation. The Jews, Gentiles and Samaritans all came the same way. It's a supernatural birth. In the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses shall every word be established. The church is still here and God hasn't changed his plan. The church is under the age of grace. Jesus walked under the age of law. The thief on the cross was under the age of law. We all have to be born again into the church. It's more than just saying i believe. The devil believes too!
