I like how he describes a dangerous movement as people dance in the streets.

5:25 "when one thinks of the problems of our day which cry for attack and imagination and youthful energy, this seems like the greatest waste of all" - not much has changed has it? . . . sigh

@steve7138 I would have to argue that the Jam scene/music festival/hippy scene is pretty big now and has been pretty big in the last 5 years. even more so than in the late 70's disco, all the 80's, most of the 90's (except for 1990-95). I just graduated college and u couldnt walk in a house without seeing a Dead, hendrix, doors, zeppelin, or beatles poster. there are huge festivals all over the place today that embrace the same ideals as your generation.wish i lived in 66-71 though

why did the grateful dead agree to be in this piece of propaganda? i mean the medias bad today, but goddam, these squares are rippin on a whole generation like theyre a complete joke and mentaly retarded. lets see you drop a dose Harry, you simple minded fuck. you know you couldnt handle the slap of reality it would give you.

Classic Harry "Weasna" documentary.
Interesting how slogans and perceptions change:
1967: Dont trust anyone OVER 30.
2011: Dont trust anyone UNDER 30!
Its the buzz -cut, macho masculine, redneck, underachieving (and proud of it!), Bart Simpson-style kids of today that embrace violence, killings and anti-intellectual hippies under 30 in 1967 dispised.
