  • If you really want to work your back don't touch the ground through the whole set. Once you reach the top you come back down to around an inch off the ground then do your next rep. Strengthens the back really well and forces you to stay tighter.

  • For both clean and snatch pulls, if you get a pair of wrist straps, I think you'll find not only the lift much smoother, but easier on your wrists as well

  • nice! how much weight was that?

  • They really help with power clean form and power in general

  • laugh=perfect end to the video

  • you realize that if you turn your phone SIDEWAYS the video will fit perfectly into the youtube bounding box? as opposed to now where it isn't even taking up a third of the window?
