I am a former college football player who lives in California. And has almost always lived in California. And played my football in California. And only had to play in conditions less than 40 degrees five or six times. And never one who thought kids played football in Alaska... I am so thouroughly amazed and impressed that this (our) sport has made itself so amazing and fascinating to some, that it is played by those who will endure any condition (Barrow, Alaska!!!) to embrace it!

Dude, I lived there. It's a shithole. You either stay there to get away from society, or you can't survive in the real world. No offense to culture there. You just don't aspire to move there or live there for the rest of your life. The people are so bitter, and Im talking about the eskimos/Inupiaqs.
