@MrHansBeckert No brah, you must be severely mistaken. This specimen appears to be a missing branch of the Accipiter genera. An example of a similar cry can be found by searching "red-tailed hawk screaming" here on  good ol' youtube and watching the first video. Besides, never has there been evidence presented to show that raptors had soft tissue organs capable of producing vocal ululations; simply assuming so is just whack, yo!
