I believe that BananaramaVids has a video of Cathy singing this song on a Japanese TV show. I saw it posted on YouTube last year but it isn't available anymore. It was a lovely performance.

I love this song so much what a beautiful mellow song this is one of my favourite songs of Cathy Dennis.I am big fan of cathy Dennis and I think she's a fantastic singer/songwriter love her.

Yeah, they pulled the video a few months ago. It's from the album by Chage & Aska. Also on this album was Chaka Khan's "Never Miss The Water"; another Japanese-made song that doesn't sound at all out of place in New York. Thanks for posting.
