  • I hope I NEVER ever have to work in a project with Jennifer. 'Rebaseline'.

  • I wanted to highlight that, in my experience, the request and approval for a change (here step or tip 2), should be collocated with the Request for funds (here point 4).

    Why?

    First, approval of a Change depends upon what it costs, in time, resources & funding.

    Getting the approval for the change will therefore imply the approval of the funding.

    This is assuming that the CMB is not only a technical board but a business one and is involved -somehow- in funding.
