McCAIN PALIN - A MERE HISTORICAL REFERENCE OR A DISTANT WARNING FROM THE PAST

In the distant reaches of time gone past, there was a man who sent out a warning to future generations: "...that to forget or to not study the past would doom future generations to relive (repeat) the errors of their father's father.
"...In 1932, the Great German War Hero, Von Hindenburg was 84 years old and in failing health...many around him thought that he needed to update his style to be able to move Germany into the bright recovery of the 1930s..."
"In 2008, John McCain, the great American War Hero was 73 yeard old and was in failing health. Many around him thought that he needed to update his style to help America in a bold recovery in the 21st Century..."

If McCain were in bad health, then I'd potentially begin to believe this. However, not only is McCain in excellent health, he's also got a backup plan before letting Obama take over.

But, then again, we may not be in the lop on the true nature/status of the candidate's health - as in Germany, even people very close to Von Hindenburg did not know and like the average German of those days, was extrememly shocked by what seemed to be his very sudden decline and then, death.

Given that we have a 72 year old candidate with Stops traffic in Sedona because of his Big Mac/Happy Meal attack and a partial released history of his extensive battle with cancer...ala...Jackie Kennedy's..

the point is that, like the German People of Von Hindenburg's Era, we may not be in the loop or have a full picture of this candidate's health...thus, the comparison is of valid concern and from a historical perspective...erry!

I assume that in the Von Hindenburg's election, that honest...good German voter's were having to make the same decisions about the future of our country..The Germans choose, Von Hindenburg because he was a WAR HERO, was very experienced and Adolf was window dressing...

Really a thoughtful, historic but, scary video because it seems like history repeating...very well thought out arguement that re-inforces my need to vote for one of the other candidates..Ron Paul where are ya when we need you the most!
