@AggregateDood I was somewhat close. I noticed the newer dash and around 2006 they really began quieting the turbos. My father-in-law drives a 2005 Pete with C-13 and looks almost identical.

@FaithfulAndTrue100 It's a 2003 Pete with a C-12. Yep, longest bridge length trailer for hauling max end dump loads coupled up to smallest motor. I used to hide below the window when every truck on the road passed me up the hills, lol.
