  • how does the cattle cope with that weather? isn't it too cold to stay outside?

  • They've got thick skin and a good coat of fur for winter. When it's really bad they huddle together behind the windbreak to get a little warmer.

  • thats some nice lookin country where exactly is this?

  • Southwestern North Dakota, about 40 miles south of Dickinson. The farm is about 50 miles from SD and 50 miles from MT. It is beautiful country, only an hour's drive to the Badlands!

  • Yeah, I want one. Bet that MFWD 4450 would work circles around my 4640 and 4840 2wd...

  • That tractor has been a life-saver this winter with all the extremely cold weather and heavy snow. Dad wouldn't be without MFWD ever again...

  • What size wheels are on the front of your 4450?

  • Nice to have a Sound Gard Body on a day like this one.

  • We used to have a 60hp 2wd, went up to a 85hp MFWD and then went to a 55 hp MFWD because MFWD in the field made up for those 30 horses of difference

  • nice.... bale lol
