Well, as you get stronger you start doing harder variations of the exercise which will eventually lead to a full planche.

If a full planche is something you want to accomplish then the point of this exercise is to gradually build up your strength to achieve it.

hey. like the kid below me i am looking for a good calisthenics workout and it looks like you know what your talking about. i recently have stopped lifting weights and want to get into calisthenics but there isnt a workout to be seen anywhere! if u could help me out thatd be awesome man
